History of COCO
In 1975, the developer of Charter Oaks built the pool and clubhouse, and later deeded these assets to the The Charter Oaks Swim Club, Inc. Said ownership is legally conditioned on the assets being maintained and used for athletic, social and recreational purposes for the benefit of the Charter Oaks owners.
After almost 50 years our pool was renovated at the end of 2022!All COCO members can enjoy the pool and grounds for many more years to come.
We urge every homeowner to join COCO and participate in protecting, maintaining, and enjoying the community assets.
