Membership Includes: 1) Charter Oaks Clubhouse rentals 2) Use of Swimming Pool and Baby Pool 365 days a year. One private key issued per member for year-round access. 3) Pool membership includes all adults and children living in the COCO resident's household plus grandchildren. 4) Periodic newsletters
Pool Members of all ages and skill levels will enjoy the crystal clear water of the swimming facility. There is a separate, covered pool for babies and toddlers. Adult members receive one personal key per household which entitles them to year round access to the pool. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
