CHARTER OAKS CLUBHOUSE - 3031 ONEIDA
The Clubhouse is available to Charter Oaks Community members for personal parties and gatherings, as well as for community events and meetings.
The air-conditioned clubhouse is adjacent to the pool and has a comfortable entertainment area with a living room, two bathrooms, and tables and chairs that can accommodate 40 people.
The clubhouse is equipped with a full kitchen, refrigerator and microwave oven.
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL FEES ($100 DEPOSIT REQUIRED)
COCO / Pool Member:
$50 Daily - Mon-Thurs, except Holidays
$75 Daily - Weekends Fri-Sun
