COCO Annual Resident Dues and Pool Memberships run May 1st - April 30th
COCO Annual Resident dues "Basic Membership": $65
COCO Annual Pool Membership (includes Basic Resident dues): $450
You may pay your pool membership in installments
Installment options:
- 4 installments of $112.50 ($117.50 via Square)
- 2 installments of $225 ($235 via Square)
If you cancel your 2024-2025 pool membership prior to May 1, 2024 a full refund will be provided.

1) Charter Oaks Clubhouse rentals
2) Use of Swimming Pool and Baby Pool 365 days a year. One private key issued per member for year-round access.
3) Pool membership includes all adults and children living in the COCO resident's household plus grandchildren.

- Pool Members of all ages and skill levels will enjoy the crystal clear water of the swimming facility.
- There is a separate, covered pool for babies and toddlers.
- Adult members receive one personal key per household which entitles them to year round access to the pool.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Members' guests are welcome to swim for a $2 fee per guest and must be accompanied by the COCO Member.
- Guest payments can be paid in the COCO Mailbox or online at https://coco-store.square.site.
